标题: Room (Co-ed House) $450
Room available for the 2019-2020 year, need someone on the lease by the end of June but payments would not begin until August.
-very spacious room
-has direct access to a bathroom that you'd share with only one other person
-room is 450 plus utilities
-deposit is the same as first month's rent ($450)
-house is located near Merced College, with the nearest bus stop being only 5 minutes away
-nice quiet neighborhood
-no pets
