I’m looking for a room to stay in for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year and I’d like to start my lease in August before school officially begins. I’m willing to go up to $400, max. $450 (rent + utilities) but, I’ll take any and all offers into consideration. Location doesn’t matter to me and I’m open to Co-Ed houses but, all girls houses are preferable. Please let me know if you’ve got a place available for me!
