hello i am renting out 2 rooms in a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. starting from july 1st through the academic school year. we are looking for clean and respectful people to move into these rooms. the two SINGLE rooms will be sharing a bathroom.

WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THESE ROOMS UP ASAP!

house includes:

-washer and dryer
-A/C and heating
-yard maintenance
-stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave
-handyman maintenance
-house maintenance
-fire place

price:

-first months rent $480 per single room + deposit

utilities:

-WIFI
-Water
-PGE
