Hello,
My housemate Nephi and I are looking for someone to take over a vacant room. It is a 3 bedroom house located in a court across from the Raley's plaza next to G street. The lease agreement is month to month, rent is 350 w/o utilities. Message me if you would like to come check out the house. We are looking for someone to move in this month as early as possible.
