Hello everyone we have a single room available starting August 3.
The room is located in the Bellevue are, 5-7 minute walk to the arrow wood bus stop. The fast track passed through there!
This is a Co-Ed house, clean, quiet and responsible people in it, No pets.
The deposit is $525, rent itself $330+ Utilities, so approximately $400 a month. Utilities are split with 3 people.
**Bonus- Mini fridge is included!!**
