Good evening everyone! I am offering a very spacious master bedroom in a beautiful two-story home that is available for rent for the 2019 academic year! It is about a 5-10 minute drive to campus and near the Moraga area. It is a 4-7 minute walk to the bus stop and is conveniently close to Raleys, El Asadero, Houa Khong 2, Quicklys, and Starbucks. I am currently looking for studious, kind, clean, and well-kept students to rent out the room to! The rent is $620 a month and utilities are around $40 to $60 a month depending on usage of the tenants. Perfect to be shared if desired! Please message me for further details!
