Hello! We are looking for any girl who would like to rent out the room we have available starting August 1st. The apartment is located at Bear Creek Apartments with a CatTracks stop 10 minutes away.
The rent is $350 a month not including utilities. It’s usually $20 or less. The restroom is shared with another individual. The apartment comes with free WiFi, a washer & a dryer inside the unit. Deposit will be required. Serious inquires only! You can either PM myself or Yoiceline Franco ????
