One year lease preferred. $25 discount per month if rent paid in full per semester. Prefer undergrads, grad students, or professionals who are responsible, clean, and respectful of their housemates and the neighborhood. Rent includes bi-monthly house cleaning of bathrooms and common areas, and lawn care. Utilities to be split evenly among all tenants: water/sewer, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi.
Access to common areas, including full kitchen, laundry room, shared bathrooms, and pool. Hardwood/tile floors in common areas, carpet in bedrooms. Depending on who rents, the house may be co-ed. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Home is located in one of the safest Merced neighborhoods. It's less than 10 minutes away from both UC Merced (3.6mi), and Merced college (2.2mi). Close to shopping/bank/restaurants/Starbucks and more. Also within walking distance to multiple CatTracks stops (University Surgery Center, Yosemite Church, and Via Moraga stops).
No drugs, smoking, or vaping of any kind.
No partying and no overnight guests without prior approval.
