- Rent $375 a month + 1 time deposit of the same amount
- 10-15 minute drive to campus
- 2 minute walk to bus stop C2 and GLine
- 5 minute drive to Merced College
- Driveway with parking space
- Utilities no more than $50-60 a month
- Rent includes cleaning lady + gardener
