Two Rooms Available in Bellevue $500

I have two rooms available beginning August 1st and going through July 31st of next year. Rooms are $500/mo each plus utilities, single occupant only. The house is 6 minutes from campus. No smoking and no pets.

I will be available to show the house next weekend.
