Two rooms for rent, one masters (can be shared) and a single room.
$575 - Masters (287.5 per person if sharing) The room is spacious has its own bathroom and walk in closet. Rent is a month, plus utilities which ranges depending on usage.
The house is in a calm and safe neighborhood. With clean and quite housemates. The house is fully furnished !! It is a 3 minute walk to Cattracks and 6 minutes to heritage express.
