Room for rent (Bellevue area) $450

Hi my lease is ending and I'm looking for 1 or 2 females to take over my room for the summer/academic year. The house is located in Bellevue, the room it self is huge and comes partially furnished (1 queen memory foam mattress, fridge, flat screen TV). Big enough to currently have 3 females living together with no problems. (Two of us our leases are ending)

Rent is $450 (with electricity, water, pool maintenance included, ect.) (for two people: $350 each)
Has a pool
Pet friendly (small pets)
7-10 min walk to arrow wood stop (depends on how fast you walk)
Also has outdoor kitchen and gazebo space
Washer and dryer included
First-come first serve (require: $200 deposit to save spot)
