Good evening everyone! I am offering a room in a beautiful two-story co-ed home that is available from August 2019 to August 2020! It is about a 5-10-minute drive to campus and near the Moraga area. It is a 4-7minute walk to the bus stop and is conveniently close to Raley’s, El Asadero, Houa Khong 2, Quickly, and Starbucks. I am currently looking for studious, kind, clean, and well-kept students to rent out the room to! The rent is $340 a month and utilities are around $30-50 a month depending on usage of the tenants.
