We need someone moving in to this room ASAP it's in a quiet location 2-3 minute walk from the bus stop and about a 10 minute drive to campus. Smoke friendly and pet friendly message me for more information on the room if you're interested Also the deposit is 325 and utilities range about 40-50 a month.
